Welcome to Ridgeview Elementary, the proud home of the Cougars! I'm Courtney Schumacher, honored to serve as the principal of this esteemed elementary school. Known as the top Title 1 school in Clay County, we've also earned the distinction of being a School of Excellence by the FLDOE due to our outstanding academic achievements. Our dedicated teachers and staff arrive each day eager and equipped to help our students realize their highest potential.

These core values are woven into our curriculum, and both teachers and students engage in weekly discussions to reinforce and demonstrate these traits throughout our campus.

At Ridgeview Elementary, we cater to over 600 students, offering a diverse range of resources and activities. Students rotate through five specialized subjects: Art, Media, Music, P.E., and Technology. Additionally, we provide various extracurricular opportunities, including Safety Patrol, Book Club, Math Club, and Track Club, among others.

Ridgeview Elementary is a small, but mighty school where teachers and students have high expectations for themselves and each other. Success is the norm. RVE has been an A school for many years. RVE is also a Florida School of Distinction and has been recognized as a PBIS ( Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support) school of excellence.
